View from Oncology Clinic office, 29 November 2021

Chemo was uneventful this morning. A new nurse, Melanie, used a different vein on my hand and I hardly felt anything. Only one more of this particular treatment regimen. Then I move to a new chemo drug.

My chair was not close to the window but I had a bit of a view... mostly of the road and the grey skies this morning.

But yesterday morning, which I spent at the Oncology Clinic, getting bloodwork, waiting and waiting for my appointment with the oncologist, and then seeing the oncology nurse and physician, was bright and sunny after the fresh snow (see above). Waiting is a lot easier when you have a nice view and can sit in the sunshine, like a cat.

Thank you everyone for your loving concern, the angels who are making and delivering food, the cards and gifts. I am so well loved and supported.

Speaking of naps.... it's time for one!
